By registering for, accessing, or using any SPARROW app or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Farmers may self-register. Aggregator and Operator accounts are created and verified by Wise AgroTech administrators before use.

SPARROW connects three kinds of users on one platform:

• Farmers, who book drone crop-spraying services for their farms.
• Aggregators, who book services and manage farmer accounts on farmers' behalf, and earn commission for doing so.
• Operators, DGCA-licensed drone pilots who accept, carry out, and confirm completion of spraying tasks.

Wise AgroTech operates the platform that connects these parties. We are not a party to the underlying agricultural service itself in the way a farm-labor contractor would be — our role is matching, scheduling, payment processing, and accountability (evidence, ratings, disputes) between the parties.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Farmers require administrative verification before certain actions; Operators require an approved verification badge, including a valid DGCA drone pilot license, before they can be assigned tasks.
• You must be 18 or older to hold a SPARROW account, given the platform handles payments and identity verification (see our Privacy Policy, section on children's privacy).
• One account per person. Sharing login credentials, or registering on behalf of someone without authorization, is not allowed.

• A booking becomes an order once an operator is assigned. Order status moves through assignment, en route, in progress, and completion — you can track this in the app at every stage.
• You can cancel a booking before it's far enough along in this process; once an operator has been assigned and work is underway, cancellation may be restricted or blocked to protect the operator's committed time.
• Operators confirm task completion with photo evidence (before/after spray, and incident photos where relevant), which becomes part of the order record.
• Disputes over a completed order (coverage, quality, no-show, etc.) can be raised in the app and are reviewed by our team.

• Booking payments are processed through our payment partners (Razorpay/Cashfree) or, where offered, collected as cash on completion and confirmed by the operator in-app. We never see or store your full card number.
• Aggregators earn commission and Operators earn incentives on completed orders, credited to an in-app wallet with a running balance you can review at any time.
• Wallet balances can be redeemed to your registered bank account or UPI ID. Redemption requests are reviewed and approved by an administrator before funds are transferred; approved amounts cannot exceed your available wallet balance.
• Refunds are handled case by case by our team following a review — for example, a cancelled or disputed order — and, once approved, are returned to your original payment method by our payment partner. We don't guarantee automatic or instant refunds for every cancellation.
• Referral rewards are credited to your wallet according to the platform's referral program terms, which may change from time to time.

If you use SPARROW as an Operator, you additionally agree that:

• You hold a valid, current DGCA drone pilot license and will keep your license and expiry information up to date in the app.
• You will operate the drone safely, in compliance with applicable DGCA regulations and local law, and only within the scope of tasks you've accepted.
• Photo evidence you submit is accurate and taken at the actual task location and time.
• Wise AgroTech may suspend or revoke your verification badge if your license lapses, or in response to safety, compliance, or conduct issues.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data, or bypass platform security.
• Submit false information — including in bookings, verification documents, or task evidence.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse the platform or its APIs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

SPARROW is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep bookings, assignments, and payments running smoothly, we don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular spraying outcome (e.g. crop yield) will result from a completed service.

To the extent permitted by law, Wise AgroTech's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking or order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of crops, income, or profits, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Operators are independently responsible for the safe and lawful operation of their drones; Wise AgroTech facilitates the connection and platform infrastructure but does not itself perform spraying services.

The SPARROW apps, this website, and their content, branding, and underlying software are owned by Wise AgroTech or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission. Photos and content you submit (e.g. task evidence, profile photos) remain yours, but you grant us the right to store and use them to operate and improve the platform.

You may stop using SPARROW and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data afterward). We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, fraudulent activity, failed verification, or extended inactivity, with notice where practical.

We'll update the effective date at the top of this page whenever we make changes, and where a change is material, we'll notify you in-app before it takes effect. Continuing to use SPARROW after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of SPARROW that can't be resolved directly with our support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
